We use Zoho Mail in Zoho's European data centre for email communication. The provider for the EU data centre is Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands. According to Zoho, data for accounts under zoho.eu is generally stored and processed in the EU. In individual support cases, access by affiliated companies outside the EU may occur; Zoho describes Standard Contractual Clauses among the transfer mechanisms used for this purpose.

4. Cookies, analytics and embedded services

This website currently does not use client-side analytics or marketing services such as Google Analytics, marketing pixels, or non-essential cookies.

The website currently also has no contact form, newsletter, user accounts, or embedded third-party media such as YouTube videos or external maps.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Data from email enquiries is generally deleted after the enquiry has been completed unless statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons require further storage.
